Shipping information

All the orders will be shipped by the nominated postal service POSTNL.We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 3-4 working days after receiving the payment. For Europe and other countries the expected shipment time is 4-6 and 8-12 working days.  If you have an urgent request please send us an email so we can ship by express delivery.

For sending furniture the delivery costs are subject to the final size of the parcel and can greatly vary from one country to country

You may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country. Very often, the local delivery company will call you prior delivery to pay these charges.

Returns & Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you are always entitled to return and exchange your item(s) for a giftcard. (within 14 days from the time of delivery)

When you want to exchange your purchased item(s) to Andpause, please send us an email to info@andpause.com and include your order and payment confirmations. The product order amount (costs of your item purchase, excluding shipping) will be compensated by means of this store credit.

Return instructions:

Please note, the shipping costs for returns are on your own expense. Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. We are not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that gives you a proof of posting. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted. The item must be returned undamaged. (with the labels attached.) The item is returned within 14 days from the time of delivery – 20 days if you are living outside of europe -. All goods will be inspected, once the item has been accepted you will be informed about this by e-mail including the giftcard code.

(almost) All items at andpause are unique and one of a kind / vintage items, including stories about the pre-loved lives of some &II pieces. This uniqueness does not only make a product special, but also difficult to sell on-line. All kinds of different colours, sizes materials and shapes makes it hard to give an idea of the characteristic value by only showing pictures. If there are any questions, please feel free and ask by sending an email to info@andpause.com and we’ll do our very best to match your expectations.

All prices are in euro including 21% vat and excluding shipping costs.

Steps to follow by placing an order:

  1. Enjoy shopping and select the item(s) to purchase and go to the checkout page of your chart.
  2. Fill in your personal details (name, email, phone number and delivery address)
  3. Finalize your order by checking all information in the cart including shipping costs, and fill in any special delivery notes if needed. Don’t forget to use a coupon code if you have one, And agree with the terms & Cconditions after reading.
  4. Payment must be made by one of the services we provide with Mollie payments. If you choose to pay with your bank account, please note the payment should be done immediately – with the maximum of 30 minutes, because we sell a lot of unique ‘one of a kind’ pieces.
  5. As soon as the order is processed in our system and payment has been done, we will start processing your purchase. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

Delivery:

Andpause is not obliged to fulfill and/or deliver an order, in case of an error in the presentation of the product or an error in the wording of the specifications of the product.

Missing items:

In case the order has been shipped or is being shipped by andpause to the customer is missing, went missing or in case the customer claims that he/she did not received the order, the complaint procedure of the carrier will be started and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited, before any refund or exchange will take place. The customer must fully cooperate with the complaint procedure of the carrier. In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed) We will either refund the customer or try to exchange for a similar product. (in consultation by e-mail with the customer)

Force majeure:

We shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Incomplete or wrong products:

In case a product has been delivered to the customer in damaged or incomplete state, the customer must inform us as soon as possible (within 24 hours after receiving the order) by e-mail or telephone. We will properly deal with the matter at hand; the customer must always inform us in the aforementioned situation and wait for the instructions of us. A customer who returns a product in this situation at his own costs, without contacting and awaiting the instructions of our support team, cannot claim the costs he/she made at andpause.com (nor hold our company responsible for the return shipment that took place without prior consent of andpause.)

In case the customer receives a product that the customer did not order, the buyer must inform us as soon as possible by e-mail. (within 24 hours after receiving the order, please attach all order information received from andpause in this e-mail.) The customer must take care of the return shipment of such a product after receiving return instructions from us. We will bear the costs of this shipment and must subsequently take care of the shipment of the correct product to the customer.

Almost all products or services may be available exclusively online through this website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.
